As an innocent young boy, Dmitri was known as the “white cambion,” the strongest sorcerer to walk on earth. Many hated him for his background as “impure,” born dead and able to wield magic. Some praised him for defeating the power-greedy tsar of Kiva.

Now an irresistibly handsome young man, Dmitri spends his time drinking in taverns and wreaking havoc in parties and gatherings, attempting to wash away the regrets of his past. When an exorcist named Greta came to hunt for Dmitri and eliminate him for good, she gives him an ultimatum; either he helps her take down the “black cambion,” or he spends his time in special confinements for witches to sleep for eternity.

His return to a new journey marks Dmitri’s new misdirections, exorcisms, monster hunts, and reflections to his old life. With new partnerships in the adventure, he slowly realizes how much he’s changed, and the risks he’s willing to take for someone he loves.

Hi! If you do get a chance to read my book, I hope you enjoy it

Thousands of years ago, the Azure and the Vermilion dragons started a war with one another. Although no one knows how it started, generations upon generations of both of these dragons have been taught to despise and kill each other instantly.

The spirit of the dragons have been passed down to humans as a tribute to their kindness, but little did the humans know, that with the spirit of the dragons, came at a cost. The cost of instant bloodshed of opposite clans.

The royal family of both these clans possess the blood of the Azure and Vermilion dragon, who can shift from human to dragon at will. Many generations of the royal families tried to forge an alliance or a treaty with one another, but always end up betraying each other.

As a result from a new peace treaty, Princess Annamarie, the last Azure dragon descendant, is then forced into a political marriage by her own morals and principles with the brooding Prince Kyro who is popular for being a tyrant throughout the Vermilion Kingdom.

Although Prince Kyro seems to be the main threat at the moment, Annamarie has become aware of a larger threat looming above everyone’s head, including hers. As a result, Anna’s life is going to take a wild turn as it is going to be filled with adventure, drama, raw emotions, bloodshed, and a hint of romance

The Last Philosopher is a high-fantasy story with heavy-handed attempts at humour. It revolves around the world of Huom and some of its quirkier inhabitants. It’s the first book under the subtitle, Nothing is Everything. It has to-date won eighteen awards mostly for best fantasy, but also for best overall, humour, best female character, and special mentions for characters and character development.

Summary: Before everything, it’s assumed there was nothing. But what if the difference between the two was only in the extreme philosophies of how little or much one cared?

The planet Huom has been under observation by numerous forces for longer than should be possible. The primary watcher, a bitter black-hole, is excited to see that there is finally a proverbial Darkness at the end of the tunnel.

On the continent of Sojurut, in the freezing mountains of Empris, the sorcerers’ nation. The oldest living sorcerer suffers life threatening insomnia due to devastating nightmares. At the same time — far away in the sandstone desert of Zenon — a weird man is escaping a prison filled with old philosophers.

What does all this have to do with, arsehole Gods, hairy Dwarfs, frustrated Afreets, curious Gnomes, lizard-women, and nude Áettar? Perhaps Nothing, perhaps Everything… but why can’t it be both?

P.S for some crude hand drawn maps and infrequent updates you can visit my facebook page, Nick East. Also, since I recently finished the first draft of the story, I’m now looking for beta readers, for that dubious honour. PM me

For a little unique high/ epic fantasy i have a story that has the same focus on world building and fantastical aspects, though it also takes ques from many other mediums and art forms i enjoy, from literature and mythology/folklore, to videogames (mostly JRPGs) to martial arts and anime/manga

Its a bit of a brainchild to me, the characters and world having been in the works for over a decade now. With this much sometimes conflicting and superfluous info rattling around i can happily hand the credit to my editor for making it ledgible xD

I’d appreciate even a moment of anyone’s time! And if you do give it a chance i hope you enjoy!

Ghosts | Magic | Intrigue | Romance

In a world where powerful mages and corrupted healers "reap" the lives of the vulnerable for their magic, Catirna Elkela is the Whitemaiden—a healer with the once-in-a-generation gift of healing death itself.

For twenty-five years she has been in hiding, fleeing from heretics who would use her power to reap lives, rather than restore them. But Catirna has also made a terrible mistake…one that has shattered her life, stolen her gift, and taken most of her loved ones with it.

When her adopted sister Alruna contracts a deadly curse, Catirna must resurrect her lost gift in order to save her—but it isn’t until she’s abducted by the heretic powers themselves that she discovers the curse’s true origin, and that the key to its healing lies deep in the past she refuses to face.

For the ghosts of the past have not been laid to rest, and one ghost in particular appears to be very much alive…

Rated Mature for violence and moderate sexual themes.

Later that night—after a long, unbroken silence, as both she and Alruna slept on their mats—Catirna dreamed of Partirix, the prophet who had chosen her.

He stood across from her in the font, his red prophet’s cloak draped over one arm. Between them stood the large godwell full of water from the Holy Spring, water for sewing together the body and the soul—water for smoothing the frays and seams of one’s hava, the binding force of all that lived. Partirix reached down toward one of the side-pools of the godwell and scooped up a floating candle. His eyes lifted to Catirna’s as he rose again, candle in hand. Deep blue eyes. She focused in on the shape of his lips, the curve of his nose, sensual and familiar.

His lips parted—he was begging something of her now, but she couldn’t hear him. Behind him appeared the moonlit forest, a mound of earth, then an open door, where he stood on the threshold of the old hill-cabin, holding out his name-vial, begging her into the shadows…

Wow, I love the new description! It makes me excited to continue with the story and see what happens. ^^

Blue V- The Man With No Face!

“The whole world was watching, an extraordinary event took place of a scale so large that no person or machine could fathom! A single human with no weapons defeated more than 10,000 officers of the Special force unit, hacked all the space stations of earth and did the impossible all by himself. He was fearless and headless… No one knows who he was or where he came from! All we could know or see was the letter ‘V’. From there onwards, the whole universe called him the Blue Vice”

Blue Vice is a trilogy of 3 books- Distant Oblivion, Malevolence, and Balance.
And they deal with three characters who play a major role in the development of the story, Charles, Nathan, and Dwain. Who are the chosen ones of their respective timelines, whose actions will cause a huge effect on their universe, either in a pleasant or sinister form. And the story is told from the POV of each of those characters, starting from Charles. The thoughts and actions of these characters might not always be that of a protagonist each of you imagine and admire, sometimes it may be frustrating or hateful to see them do things which a hero shouldn’t, but in the end, it’s a journey of self-development as they must recognize the mistakes they have made to free themselves from the burdens they have sunken into.
But, what connects these three characters is that… All three of them take up the persona of a headless vigilante known to the world as “Blue Vice”.
The story is set in 2,100+ years from now ^^

Warning: the story is rated mature!
and it’s ongoing~
but I update it weekly and 1st arc is complete (which consists of 8 chapters)
I would really appreciate if you read my book ^^
