PitMad on Twitter

#1

Is anyone participating in the upcoming Pitmad on December 6?

#2

What’s that? I’m on Twitter, but haven’t heard of it.

#3

Yes, what is that?

@MeldrickCarter basically you can pitch agents / pubs!

That sounds super daunting and very much like not the right time for me. My story isn’t even fully drafted yet!

That being said, I will probably not participate but I’m looking forward to seeing everyone else’s pitch!

#7

Ooph, I wish but I have absolutely nothing to pitch or even a query package.

It’s a great opportunity to get your work in front of agents and publishers. Of course make sure that it’s polished and ready to go though.

Look it up on Twitter and you can see how supportive it all is.

#9

I just posted a pitch thread in the Industry insider forum if you want to get feedback on your pitch.

#10

The only MS I have ready is very Australian and I doubt that our local agents are going to be trawling the tag. We don’t have many agents to begin with down here in the Upside Down lol

#11

Still participate. Someone could love the concept of the story.

#12

Can authors pitch books they’ve posted on Wattpad?

#13

No, my work isn’t polished enough, but the best of the luck to who everyone who does.
