Hi there,

I’ll just move your thread to #genre-clubs:poetry as it fits better over there and you’ll probably get more replies.

Thanks for understanding,

Depression? Half serious.
But also extreme happiness!

Agree! My emotions help me alot with my writing process.

I mean that’s essentially what poetry is- (for me at least) emotion

well lucky you then. It usually takes alot of time for me to come up with poems.

It’ll take sometime before they do. The first book I wrote was cheesy to a point I’d burn it if I read it again.

That’s amazing! I’m not fond of this type of writing tbh.

a good curse.

Which type of writing?
Mine is slightly… well, there’s no way to describe it.
Usually involves a lot of sun, icarus, angels and goddesses.

I’m more into Atticus? Rupi kaur? Free verse poetry with deep and heavy topics.

Yes, yes. Free verse, Rupi Kaur, yes. Right now, I’m a sprinkle of Maya Angelou.

sounds like you enjoy mythologies?

Yeah, I do. Not that much. I like philosophies

that’s interesting! I’m actually interested in both. It plays an important role in my poetry process.
