The Slippery Slope Game!

Hey guys! Here’s a fun little game that can get very crazy. Let’s create a story that’s a slippery slope.

Here’s an example of how this will work

Person 1: A little boy threw a pop-it on the ground

Person 2: Because a little boy threw a pop-it on the ground, a passing car swerved out of the way

Person 3: Because the car swerved, it hit a powerline

Person 4: Because the car hit a powerline, the powerline caught fire.

We shall continue this pattern until there is nothing more that can be said (for instance, the world explodes), then we’ll start a new story!

Ok, here we go! And our starting line is:

A girl saw an ice cream truck

Because she saw the truck she ran toward it

Because she ran for it, she forgot to look both ways in the street

Because she forgot to look both ways, a car almost hit her

Because the car almost hit her, the driver passed out from fear

Because the driver passed out from fear his car went off the road

Because his car went off the road, he crashed into a house

Because he crashed into his house, the people panicked

Because the people panicked, they called the police

Because they called the police, the police sped on their way

Because the police sped, the little girl panicked

Because she panicked, she rammed into a pole

Because she rammed into a pole, it fell over

Because the pole fell over, it landed on the speeding police car

Because it landed on the speeding police car, they stopped driving

Because they stopped driving, the house crashed down

Because the house crashed down the people and their cat were trapped

Because they were trapped, they screamed for help

Because they screamed for help the little girl ran to the nearby fire station

Because she ran to the nearby fire station, the people there got on their way
